Help shape public art at Andrews Place
We’re inviting residents, local people and members of the community to take part in a series of public art consultation workshops for Andrews Place.
Public art is artwork created for shared spaces that reflects the people, stories, and identity of a community. It can take many forms , such as murals, sculptures, or creative design features, and is shaped by local ideas and experiences.
As the development progresses, public art will play an important role in creating a welcoming, vibrant and meaningful space.
These workshops are an opportunity for the community to help shape that vision.
Taking place on Friday 24 July at the Parkside Community Hub (CM1 2DX), the sessions will be interactive and designed to gather ideas, inspiration and feedback that will directly inform the types of artwork commissioned for the redevelopment.
Workshops:
- Session A: 10.30am – 12pm
- Session B: 12.30 – 2pm
- Session C: 2.30 – 4pm
Each session will follow the same format, so participants only need to attend one.
