STAIRS is an important part of a new regulatory framework that builds on the Regulator of Social Housing’s ‘Transparency, influence, and accountability’ consumer standard.

STAIRs information requests

If you’re a Delta customer and you’re not satisfied with the information we're publishing about our social housing activities, you can request an internal review by emailing dpo@chp.org.uk. We’ll aim to respond to your request for review within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

If you’re unhappy with our response following a review, you can raise a complaint through our internal complaints process.
